As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and administrative support to our clients. This includes handling calls, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and various other tasks to ensure smooth operations. You will be working Australian business hours

Skills Required:
We're looking for a tech-savvy, organized professional to join our virtual services team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and cloud tools is essential, along with the ability to quickly learn new software. The ideal candidate excels at multitasking, manages time effectively, and communicates clearly. Strong customer service and presentation skills are a must.

· Secure and dependable Internet Connection & UPS or Generator
· Fast and up-to-date computer with virus control
· Hands-free headset with an excellent quality microphone
· Second monitor for enhanced productivity
